Audi Victoria is pleased to offer alternate transportation support to our customers who have their vehicles with us for service, repairs, or campaign updates.

Taxi Voucher

Audi Victoria will provide a taxi voucher up to $20 each of two ways. Please note that although the voucher is sufficient to fully cover many local journeys, it is not intended to always fully cover every fare. This is offered to any customer in for any service, repair or campaign update.

Audi Loaner Fleet

Audi Victoria has a limited number of loaner vehicles available per day. While under original factory warranty, CPO warranty, Audi Care, or any extended mechanical warranty, you will have access to a loaner, where available, when in for work in excess of two hours of flat-rate time. For any other circumstance not listed above, including appearance claims, a loaner vehicle may not be offered. Please contact Audi Victoria for full details. [1]
