Being employed by GAIN has given me the opportunity to advance my career and stay within the company. In 2009 I started working in their service department at an entry-level position. In 2012 I became the service manager of Audi Victoria. Through the support, encouragement, and training GAIN has provided, they helped me reach my goal.

With over twenty years experience with Audi, I am excited to be a part of this team and I look forward to many more years to come.

I was born and raised in Victoria, went to Willows and Oak Bay High. I've been happily married for 10 years, proud parent of three wonderful children. I played and still play hockey in Victoria. I'm an avid golfer, who enjoys spending time with my family and friends. I have worked in the auto sales industry for the past 7 years, I enjoy helping clients with their vehicle selection. My sales philosophy, treat people right every time, do your best and make friends.

I came all the way up from Libya, North Africa. I came to Canada initially to continue my education. I cannot believe it has been six years since I arrived. It has been life changing for me and now I am in a place that I always dreamed of. Audi Victoria is my second family and after I have worked here for two years, I feel like this is where I belong. Working in the car industry was always my dream and I am very passionate about it.

Growing up in a family full of caterers, it almost seemed logical that I follow in the family footsteps. However, my passion for automotive technology led me on a different path. I knew from earlier on that I had a deep appreciation for quality automobiles and being a part of the Audi team is a dream come true.

My love of cars started not long after learning the word, "car." I've been immersed in automobiles, and eventually the industry, ever since. Working on Audi's luxurious and beautiful cars is a career I will never tire off!

Automobiles have always been a big part of my life. I learned how to turn a wrench just before turning 10 years old and since then I can't recall a day without being around cars. To me the passion comes from not just operating a piece of machinery, but being able to control it. The driving experience that Audi delivers from each and every one of their cars is superior to anything else I've experienced which is why I take such pride in being able to inspect, maintain, and repair them each and every day.

Growing up I always loved taking things apart and putting them back together. When I was a kid I found a passion for luxury vehicles. The amount of detail and thought that goes into every design aspect of Audi vehicles is extraordinary, which makes working here a dream come true.
