Alternate Transportation Services
Audi Victoria is pleased to offer alternate transportation support to our customers who have their vehicles with us for service, repairs, or campaign updates.
Taxi Voucher
Audi Victoria will provide a taxi voucher up to $20 each of two ways. Please note that although the voucher is sufficient to fully cover many local journeys, it is not intended to always fully cover every fare. This is offered to any customer in for any service, repair or campaign update.
BC Transit All-Day Pass
Bus fare: Audi Victoria will provide a BC Transit all-day bus fare to get you to and from your destination within greater Victoria or anywhere the pass will allow. This is offered to any customer in for any service, repair or campaign update.
Audi Loaner Fleet
Audi Victoria has a fleet of loaner vehicles available under the following circumstances:
While under original four-year factory warranty, should your Audi be inoperable and must remain with us overnight for repairs, you are entitled to a loaner car. A refueling charge of $15 per day will apply.
While under original factory warranty, CPO warranty, Audi Care, or any extended mechanical warranty, you will have access to a loaner, where available, when in for work in excess of two hours of flat-rate time. A refueling charge of $15 per day will apply.[1]
For any other circumstance not listed above, including appearance claims, a loaner vehicle may be offered, where available, for $50 plus tax per day of use, inclusive of refueling charge.[1]
[1] A loaner may be rebooked in favour of customers whose cars are inoperable and fall into the first category under Audi Loaner Fleet. Should a loaner not be returned by the authorized return date, it will be subject to a $150 per day charge for every additional day held. Vehicles subject to availability.
